Overview

Chiffon fabric is a lightweight, soft, and flowing synthetic fabric. It is typically made using strong twisted warp and weft yarns to create its unique translucent appearance and loose structure. The fabric has a very low thread count, covered with uniform wrinkles, making it light, thin, and transparent with a cool and elastic hand feel.  It is often used for women’s clothing such as dresses, evening gowns, and scarves.
